South Avenue and Charles Street JO Poles LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF WHITMAN NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING   The Select Board of the Town of Whitman will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 7:05 p.m. in connection with the petition of Massachusetts Electric Company, dba National Grid, and Verizon New England, Inc. to install two (2) JO poles (labeled p.55-2 and p.55-4) on South Avenue and Charles Street and to relocate one (1) JO pole (labeled p.55) on South Avenue beginning at a point approximately 100 feet east of the centerline of the intersection of Linden Street and Broad Street; and to lay and maintain underground laterals, cables and wires in the above or intersecting public ways for the purpose of making connections with such poles and buildings as each of said petitioners may desire for distributing purposes.
