The Town of Hingham, MA is soliciting Requests for Qualifications (RFQ) and invites qualified and experienced Construction Management Firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) to prequalify for providing Construction Manager at Risk Services for the renovations to the Hingham High School under the Massachusetts School Building Authority (MSBA) Accelerated Repair Program (ARP). This project is seeking funding from the MSBA with the project scope consisting of a roof replacement, heat pump system conversions and accessibility improvements. Qualified CM firms must hold a DCAM Certificate of Eligibility to provide General Construction services as well as have relevant public construction experience on projects of similar size, scope, complexity and construction value.
