FY27 Funding Allocation LEGAL NOTICE Community Preservation Act Committee Public Hearing Regarding FY27 Funding Allocation Monday, July 27, 2026 – 5:30 PM Virtual Meeting The Community Preservation Act (CPA) Committee hereby gives notice of its public hearing scheduled for Monday, July 27, 2026 at 5:30 PM. The hearing will be conducted virtually through Teams.   The purpose of the hearing will be to receive public comment on the funding allocation percentages for Affordable Housing, Open Space/Recreation, and Historic Preservation projects eligible for Community Preservation Act funding in FY27. Each year, the City is required to spend at least 10% of its annual CPA allocation on each category.
