Notice is hereby given in accordance with General Laws 131; Section 40 that Gary Pizzillo of 4 ½ Poplar Street Milford MA 01757 has filed a Notice of Intent for the construction of a 400000 square foot flex building parking area and installation of a new septic system. Installation of water service, and other utilities to service the existing foundation. This will also include associated grading within the 100’ foot buffer zone. The property is located at 290 West Street Milford, MA 01757.
The Public Hearing will be held on this Notice of Intent on July 23, 2026, at 7:05 P.M. This hearing will be held at Milford Town Hall, 52 Main Street, Milford, MA.
