4 OAK TERRACE LEGAL NOTICE MILFORD CONSERVATION COMMISSION   PUBLIC HEARING   Notice is hereby given in accordance with General Laws 131; Section 40 that David Gabriel of 785 Bedford Street Bridgewater MA 02324 has filed a Notice of Intent for the upgrade of a septic system so that it meets title five and local Board of Health regulations. Most of the septic system is located within the 100’ buffer of bordering vegetated wetlands and the top of a bank of an intermittent stream that is located on the property. The property is located at 4 Oak Terrace Milford, MA 01757.   The Public Hearing will be held on this Notice of Intent on July 23, 2026, at 7:05 P.M.
