The proposed premises description is: Ground floor bookstore consisting of approximately 5,217 sq. ft. with cafe, kitchen, and storage, four entrances/exits. Outdoor seating area of approximately 565 sq. ft. located on private property. Applicant is also applying for a Change of Manager to Rachel Kanter and remove the existing Management Agreement. The hearing on this application will be held on July 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. and will be held by remote participation via Zoom.
