Notice is hereby given pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A, Section 9 and Division 3, Chapter 305, Section 11.16 "Mixed Use Building in B-1" of the Marshfield Municipal Code that there will be a remote (ZOOM) public hearing on March 2, 2026 at 7:05PM to consider and hear comments on the Special Permit Application for mixed-use residential above commercial building at 745 Webster Street submitted by the property owner, SF LLC. The Applicant proposes to construct a two-story mixed-use building including 2,500 sq. ft. of office/retail space on the first floor and two 2-bedroom apartments on the second floor with required on-site parking and stormwater management. The subject property is located in the B-1 Zoning District, adjacent to 755 Webster St, and is further identified on the Assessor's Map as Parcel I06-02-14. The remote hearing will be on ZOOM. The link to attend the meeting will be posted on the Town of Marshfield, MA website calendar at least 48 hours before the meeting. The meeting will be hosted from the Planning Board office at Town Hall, 870 Moraine Street. A copy of the application is on file at the Planning Board office and may be inspected during regular business hours.
