LEGAL NOTICE TOWN OF MARSHFIELD PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PROPOSED AMENDMENTS – PLANNING BOARD RULES AND REGULATIONS The Marshfield Planning Board will hold a remote (Zoom) public hearing on August 3, 2026 at 7:05 PM to consider a new chapter to the Town of Marshfield Municipal Code Division 4: Planning Board entitled Chapter 418 Stormwater Management which applies to construction activity or land disturbance of 1 acre or more. The Planning Board is designated as the Stormwater Authority under the Marshfield Stormwater Bylaw, Chapter 246 of the General Bylaws. These regulations are being proposed pursuant to Article I, §246-5 of the Stormwater Bylaw. The remote hearing will be on ZOOM, the link to attend the meeting will be posted on the Town of Marshfield, MA website calendar at least 48 hours before the meeting.
