Legal Notice Town of Dighton Conservation Commission In compliance with Mass. Gen. Law Ch. 113, Section 40 and the Dighton Conservation Bylaw, you are hereby notified of a Notice of Intent from MassDOT and The Town of Dighton for the Pleasant Street Bridge replacement that carries Pleasant Street over Muddy Cove Brook. The work associated with this project will result in temporary and permanent impacts to Wetland Areas Subject to Protection including: riverfront associated with The Muddy Cove Brook and The Taunton River, land under ocean, coastal banks, rocky intertidal shores, land containing shellfish, fish runs, land subject to coastal storm flowage, and land subject to tidal action. A public hearing will be held on February 19, 2026, after 6:00 P.M. in the meeting room of the Old Town Hall, 1111 Somerset Ave, Dighton MA 02715.
