TOWN OF NORWELL Legal Notice Pursuant to General Laws, c. 131 §40 (the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act), Chapter 61 of the Norwell Town Code (Wetland Bylaw), Chapter 65 of the Norwell Town Code (Stormwater Bylaw) and their implementing regulations, the Norwell Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 6:30PM in the Norwell Town Hall, 93 Longwater Circle, Room 220, Norwell, MA, regarding a: - Request for Determination of Applicability submitted by George Grey of the Norwell Recreation Department, for a parking lot construction project including a fence, storage building, bleachers, scoreboard & gate that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at the Woodworth Little League complex located at 2 Main Street in Norwell, MA (Map 24B, Block 68, Lot 38). - Notice of Intent submitted by David Robinson of Norwell, MA for a project involving the raze and rebuild of a single-family home that falls within 100' of a bordering vegetated wetland and/or 200' of Riverfront Area at 78 Stony Brook Lane in Norwell, MA (Map 16D, Block 62, Lot 59). - Land Disturbance Permit Application submitted by George Grey of the Norwell Recreation Department for the construction of a parking lot with walkways & improvements at the Woodworth Little League complex located at 2 Main Street in Norwell, MA (Map 24B, Block 68, Lot 38). All hearings start at 7:00pm. Further Details & Plans for this project are on file in the Conservation Office and may be viewed Mon-Thurs (8-4), Wed (8-7), and Fri (8-12).
