The Etna Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 25, 2026, starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio.
The application submitted by Summit Real Estate Group c/o Max Breitmayer for Parcel #100-1833-00-000 at the corner of Etna Parkway and Refugee Road SW in the M-1 Light Manufacturing Zoning District is requesting variance approval to exceed the maximum allowable building height set in Article 9, Section 909.C.1. of the Etna Township Zoning Resolution
The proposed variance application will be available for examination for a period of at least ten (10) days prior to the public hearing at the following location: The Etna Township Administration Building, 81 Liberty Street, Etna, Ohio between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday and Friday by appointment. If a meeting needs to be cancelled it will be decided at least two hours prior to the meeting and notification being placed on the township website, and radio station WCLT 100.3FM will also be notified.
