Logan Garette and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Logan Garette, whose last place of residence is unknown is 2292 NE Dayton Road, Newark, OH 43055, will take notice that on February 28, 2025, a Complaint was filed in the matter of Data Mortgage Inc., dba Essex Mortgage v. Logan Garette, et al., Case No. 2025 CV 00321, in the Court of Common Pleas of Licking County, Ohio, 75 E. Main St., Newark, OH 43055, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Logan Garette and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Logan Garette, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 2292 NEDAYTON RD, Newark, OH 43055 and known as Parcel Number 048-164226.00.000. A complete legal description of the property may be obtained from the Licking County Auditor’s Office, located at 20 S. 2nd St., 2nd floor, Newark, OH 43055.
You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for three consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on 2/26/2026.
In the case of your failure to answer or respond as permitted by the Ohio Civil Rules within the time stated, a judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
