Legal Notice By order issued by the Licking County Municipal Court, there shall be for sale by public auction an abandoned mobile home located at 16 Target Street, Newark, Ohio 43055. The auction will be held on June 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. A second auction may be held on July 9, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Case No. 26 CVG 02912. The mobile home will be sold "As-Is". TERMS OF SALE: The manufactured/mobile home will remain in the Park IF Buyer(s) apply for residency, subject themselves to a full background check and are approved for residency no later than Seven Days PRIOR to the sale date. Removal of the home has to be completed within ten days of sale. This is a CASH sale. Bids have to be 2/3 of the value of the home. Ten Percent (10%) of the purchase price shall be posted at the time of sale and the balance in cash to the Clerk of the Licking County Municipal Court on the date of sale.
