NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Sealed proposals for "Harrison Township Refugee Road Culvert Replacement" in Harrison Township will be received by the Harrison Township Board of Trustees, Licking County, Ohio, C/O Carolyn Elder, at 3886 Outville Road, Granville, OH 43023, until the 6th day of July, 2026 at 4:00 P.M. On the 6th day of July, 2026, at 6:30 P.M., bids will be opened at the regular meeting of the Harrison Township Trustees at the Harrison Township Hall. A contract will be let to the lowest and best bidder by the 6th day of July, 2026, at 6:30 P.M. Plans, specifications, contract documents, and bid forms may be secured by contacting Pete Sigman, Road Superintendent at 740-927-8280. A brief description of the required work is as follows: Culvert replacement- Refugee Road (175' W of Outville Road) in Harrison Township; Min. 6" Item 304, 8" Item 301, 1.75" Item 441 Intermediate, 1.25" Item 441 Surface OR 4" Item 304, 9" Item 452. Bidders who submit a bid must be a Plan Holder of record at the Issuing Office. Bids from Bidders who are not on the Plan Holders List may be returned as being non-responsive.
