ORDINANCE # 2025-19 BOROUGH OF LODI COUNTY OF BERGEN STATE OF NEW JERSEY CAPITAL ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF LODI, IN THE COUNTY OF BERGEN, STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF NEW ADDITIONAL OR REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY FOR THE USE OF THE FIRE DEPARTMENT IN, BY AND FOR THE BOROUGH, APPROPRIATING THEREFOR THE SUM OF $350,000 AND PROVIDING THAT SUCH SUM SO APPROPRIATED SHALL BE RAISED FROM A FEDERAL GRANT AND FROM THE CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FUND OF THE BOROUGH. NOTICE is hereby given that the ordinance set forth in the above title, which ordinance was published in full on August 25, 2025 in the Record, was finally passed and adopted after public hearing at a meeting of the Borough Council of the Borough of Lodi, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey, held on September 16, 2025 and will be in full force and effect after said adoption and this publication in accordance with and as required by law.
