NOTICE OF DECISION OF THE EAST RUTHERFORD ZONING BOARD   NOTICE is hereby given that the Zoning Board of the Borough of East Rutherford Adopted a Resolution on October 2, 2025 which memorialized the action which it took at its meeting of September 4, 2025. A summary of the Resolution adopted by the Zoning Board on October 2, 2025 is as follows:   Grace Spadavecchia, applied to the Zoning Board of the Borough of East Rutherford, Bergen County, New Jersey, for permission to reconstruct the driveway by adding fill and removing the garage doors on the property located at 34-38 Hope Street, Lot 19, Block 13 on the tax map of the borough. The Zoning Board voted to grant the application and found that the applicant satisfied the statutory criteria justifying the granting of variances under N.J.S.A. 40:55D-70(c) and other requested waivers.
