CITY OF GARFIELD ORDINANCE NO. 3107   Notice is hereby given that the following introduced ordinance was passed on first reading at the Regular Meeting of the Mayor and Council of the City of Garfield, Bergen County, NJ held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 and that said ordinance will now be taken up for further consideration and/or adoption by the Mayor & Council at the Regular meeting to be held in the Council Conference Room of the Municipal Building, 111 Outwater Lane, Garfield, NJ on Monday, November 10, 2025 at 5:00PM or as soon thereafter as the matter can be reached, at which time and place all persons who may be interested therein will be given an opportunity to be heard concerning same.
