BOROUGH OF POMPTON LAKES AWARD CONTRACT TO THE EVAN DILLUVIO TREE CONSULTING ARBORCULTURE FOR BOROUGH TREE INVENTORY SERVICES   WHEREAS, there is a need for Borough Tree Inventory services for the Borough of Pompton Lakes through the FY 2025 State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Urban and Community Forestry Program Green Communities Grant; and   WHEREAS, Evan Dilluvio Tree Consulting Arboriculture, 976 Old Schoolhouse Road, Blairstown, N.J. 07825, has submitted a proposal dated March 7, 2025 at a rate of $7.50 per tree surveyed, for a total amount not to exceed of $14,000.00;   WHEREAS, the Chief Financial Officer has certified that funds are available in Account #G-02-41-873-301 in the amount of $14,000.00; and   WHEREAS, the award of the contract is for a professional service for which no public bidding is required;   WHEREAS, Evan Dilluvio Tree Consulting Arboriculture, 976 Old Schoolhouse Road, Blairstown, N.J. 07825, has submitted a Political Contribution Disclosure Form as required pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.26, no later than 10 days prior to entering into the contract, disclosing all reportable political contributions (more than $300 per election cycle) made over the 12 months prior to submission to the committees of the government entities listed on the Form provided by the Borough; and   NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Pompton Lakes, in the County of Passaic, and State of New Jersey, hereby award the contract to Evan Dilluvio Tree Consulting Arborculture, 976 Old Schoolhouse Road, Blairstown, N.J. 07825, for Borough Tree Inventory services for the Borough of Pompton Lakes through the FY 2025 State of New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Urban and Community Forestry Program Green Communities Grant in an amount of $7.50 per tree surveyed, for a total amount not to exceed of $14,000.00;   BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Borough Clerk are authorized to execute the contact on behalf of the Borough.   Elizabeth Brandsness, R.M.C., Municipal Clerk   The Ridgewood News 2/15/25 Fee: $30.07 (97) 12067803
