LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR GENERAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES   NORTH JERSEY DISTRICT WATER SUPPLY COMMISSION (the “Commission”) is soliciting Proposals from interested firms that have expertise in providing GENERAL CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. Firms responding to this RFP must demonstrate that they will have the continuing capability to perform this Service.   Sealed Request for Proposal (“RFP”) responses will be received by the Commission on THURSDAY, JULY 23, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at its offices at One F.A. Orechio Drive, Wanaque, NJ 07465, at which time and place responses will be opened for:   GENERAL CONSULTING ENGEERING SERVICES   Proposals and instructions are obtainable beginning THURSDAY, JUNE 4, 2026 through emailing Margaret Maddalena, the Commission’s Contract Administrator, via email at mmaddalena@njdwsc.com.    NORTH JERSEY DISTRICT WATER SUPPLY COMMISSION (“the Commission”) RFP responses should be submitted via certified mail or overnight delivery, and shall indicate that a proposal is contained therein.   More information concerning this RFP and the Commission’s public contracting process can be found on the Commission’s website at https://www.njdwsc.com.
