NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
BOROUGH OF UPPER SADDLE RIVER
PLANNING BOARD
TAKE NOTICE that on the 10th day of June, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Upper Saddle River Planning Board at the Municipal Building, 376 West Saddle River Road, Upper Saddle River, New Jersey on the application of the undersigned for two C(1) hardship variances for rear yard improvements (specifically, a raised patio and an outdoor kitchen) that were built without permits or Board approvals on the premises located at 25 Hampshire Hill Road and designated as Block 205, Lot 13 on the Upper Saddle River Borough Map.
The raised patio and the outdoor kitchen are 1,254 square feet and 1,099 square feet, respectively. Due to the irregular shape of the lot, the two front yard setbacks (it is a corner lot) and the extremely small depth of rear yard, which is not standard in this zone, both improvements encroach into the Applicant’s rear yard setback.
The application and plans are on file in the office of the Planning Board Clerk, Municipal Building, and are available for inspection between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
