NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
The Pequannock Township Board of Education in the County of Morris, State of New Jersey (herein called Board of Education), solicits sealed proposals for the following:
RFP 26-02, LEGAL SERVICES
Said proposal will be furnished to interested providers upon request to the Business Office, or may be picked up at the Office of the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary at 538 Newark Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, NJ 07444 between the hours of 8:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday thru Friday. Proposals will also be available online from the district’s website (www.pequannock.org). Responses to the RFP must include all required information contained therein, and must be delivered at the above location on or before Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at 10:00 am. No electronic submissions will be considered. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from that date.
Providers are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
The contract, if awarded, shall be awarded to the provider who submits the most advantageous proposal based upon price and the qualifications of the provider. The Board of Education retains the exclusive right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality in the process and determine which proposal is in the best interests of the school district.
