NOTICE OF DECISION
PLANNING BOARD OF THE CITY OF PASSAIC
Please take notice that on June 3, 2026, the Planning Board of the City of Passaic (the “Board”), adopted a resolution memorializing its April 15, 2026, grant of minor subdivision approval (the “Approvals”) to the Applicant, L+M State Street Associates, LLC (the “Applicant”), for property located at 1-33 and 35-51 Aspen Place and identified as Lot 1 in Block 1079 and Lot 1 in Block 1079.01 on the Tax Maps of the City of Passaic.
The Board granted the Approvals in connection with its proposal to rehabilitate and redevelop the existing Alfred Speer Village apartment complex (the “Project”). However, as part of the Approvals, the current use and all existing improvements shall remain.
A copy of the resolution, together with the application, documents and plans relating to the Approvals and the Project, are on file with the Board at Passaic City Hall 330 Passaic St, Passaic, NJ 07055, and are available for inspection during the Board’s normal business hours.
