NOTICE OF HEARING ON APPEAL OR APPLICATION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That the undersigned has filed an appeal or application for development with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Englewood for the variances and/or waivers hereinafter described, so as to permit the following:

Installation of in ground swimming pool and associated site improvements, including patio, fencing, grading and drainage
The subject property is commonly described as (address): 423 North Woodland St., Englewood, NJ 07631 and designated as Lot 9, Block 1702 on the City Tax Map, and this notice is sent to you as an owner of property in the immediate vicinity.

Variance relief is requested from City of Englewood Ordinance §250-59(D)(3) to permit the construction of an in-ground swimming pool, where a minimum rear yard setback of 50 feet is required and 25.5 feet is proposed, and a minimum side yard setback of 20 feet is required and 10 feet is proposed. The applicant is also seeking a C(1) variance from City of Englewood Code §250-59(H)(1) for lot area in the R-A One-Family Residence District, where a minimum lot area of 22,000 square feet is required and 20,000 square feet exist.
To the extent the application gives rise to other variances or design waivers that are presently unknown, applicant shall be seeking approval for them as well.
A PUBLIC HEARING has been scheduled for April 16th, 2026, at 8 P.M. via Zoom Conference. All persons or property owners interested in this application will be heard at the aforesaid time and place. You may appear in person or by attorney.
