RABIGI, HUSBAND OF LOUISE RABIGI, et al. are defendants, pending in the Superior Court of New Jersey within thirty-five (35) days after June 8, 2026 not counting the date of publication or if published after June 8, 2026, thirty-five (35) days from the date of such publication. This action has been instituted for the purpose of foreclosing a mortgage and recovering possession of the lands and premises described in a mortgage dated May 20, 2015, recorded on June 4, 2015, in Book V-01955, Page 1330, made by LOUISE RABIGI AND MICHAEL RABIGI, to the plaintiff and covers real estate located at 468 Poplar Avenue, Maywood, NJ 07607, Tax Lot 3, Block 95.
