DeGroat to Washington Mutual Bank, recorded in the Bergen County Clerk's Office on August 9, 2007 in Book 16920, page 728, which mortgage was assigned to the above named Plaintiff, which has the right to enforce the note secured by the mortgage; and (2) to recover possession of the land and premises commonly known as 250 Franklin Road, Englewood, NJ 07631 and is further described as Lot 12, Block 2109 on the Tax Map of the City of Englewood..
