PUBLIC NOTICE - RIVER VALE JOINT PLANNING BOARD MEETING FOR CONSIDERATION OF APPLICATION PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Chambers of the Town Hall, 406 Rivervale Road, River Vale, New Jersey, at which time the River Vale Joint Planning Board will consider the following application: Name of Applicants: Chris and Jenna Legentil Street address of property to which application applies: 571 Wittich Terrace, River Vale, New Jersey Block 806, Lot 5, in the A Zoning District Nature of application and/or relief sought: Variance relief is requested from Section 142-225 C (1) to permit an accessory structure (detached garage) with a floor area of approximately 975 square feet where 600 square feet is permitted, and from Section 142-225 D to permit a height of approximately 19.5 feet where 14 feet is permitted.
