PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, the undersigned, on behalf of DAVID YANG, have filed an Application (PB-25-07) in compliance with the development ordinances of the Borough of Leonia for Site Plan Approval and any necessary bulk variances with regard to property designated as Block 601, Lot(s) 45 to provide for a 2-story addition and the removal and relocation of the existing garage structure. The property is also known as 308 Harold Avenue, Leonia, New Jersey.
