ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE OF HYBRID HEARING ON APPLICATION
Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Township of Washington and the provisions
of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that _Timothy A & Kathleen S Walsh , owner(s)/
applicant(s) of the property commonly known as _452 Ridgewood Blvd N, also known as Lot 14 in
Block _2304 on the tax assessment map of the Township of Washington, have filed an application
with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Washington seeking a variance from the
provisions of Section 580-26 & 580-22 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Washington
which regulate side yard impervious coverage in the _B_ Zone. The applicants wish to add attached
garage and one story addition. The Applicant shall also seek such other variances and/or waivers of
design standards as required by the Township of Washington, its engaged consultants and
applicable ordinances of the Township of Washington.
A copy of the application and related documents are on file in the Office of the Secretary to the
Zoning Board, (201)-666-1463 and is available for inspection by Monday, Wednesday or Thursday,
8:300 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. or by appointment.
A hybrid public hearing with respect to this application has been scheduled for __June 16, 2026 at
7:30pm . Please note that this HYBRID meeting will be in person and in addition to, the ability to
access electronically using ZOOM. Members of the public who wish to participate in person may
do so at the Municipal Complex, 350 Hudson Avenue, Township of Washington, NJ 07676 in the
Council Chambers. Or they may join the meeting via ZOOM, from a computer, tablet, or smart
phone. The Zoom information will be listed on the agenda for each meeting found on the website at
www.twpofwashington.us. All interested parties are invited to participate and be heard at that time.
This notice is being sent to you as the owner of the property within 200 feet of the property, which
is the subject of this application or as a person or entity otherwise entitled to this notice.

2. 3. The dimensions of the subject property are 100 feet in width by 95 feet in depth.
