Public Notices TOWNSHIP OF WASHINGTON BERGEN COUNTY, NEW JERSEY ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT NOTICE OF HYBRID HEARING ON APPLICATION Pursuant to the provisions of the Municipal Code of the Township of Washington and the provisions of N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that _Timothy A & Kathleen S Walsh , owner(s)/ applicant(s) of the property commonly known as _452 Ridgewood Blvd N, also known as Lot 14 in Block _2304 on the tax assessment map of the Township of Washington, have filed an application with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Washington seeking a variance from the provisions of Section 580-26 & 580-22 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Township of Washington which regulate side yard impervious coverage in the _B_ Zone.
