Please take notice that Mr. and Mrs. Jodhani of 192 Vanderburgh Ave. has applied to the Board of Adjustment of the Borough of Rutherford for a variance/s from the following provision/s within the Zoning Code and any other variances that may become evident during the course of the hearing, sections 131-10- front and rear yard setbacks, 131-attachment 4 - max. yard coverage of 39.72%, 131-39-enlarging a non-conforming structure and 131-14- 20'-0" wide oversized driveway width, and any other variances deemed necessary so as to permit the construction of: a new 2-story rear addition which includes 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a family room, and connected to the rear garage.
On the premises known as: 192 Vanderburgh Ave. / Block: 189.01 / Lot: 14 which property is within a R- 1 zone. The Board of Adjustment will hear this appeal at 6:00 pm on September 16, 2025. on the 2nd floor of Borough Hall, 176 Park Avenue, Rutherford, New Jersey at which time members of the public may appear either in person or by attorney, and present any objection or evidence relating to this appeal.
