Defendant(s), Timothy J Syers And Roena M Syers, whose last known address is 5972 SW Lorenzoni Ridge Rd, Stone Creek, OH 43840, will take notice that on November 12, 2025, Tax Ease OH V, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2025 CF 11 1293, Tuscarawas County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Timothy J Syers And Roena M Syers, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Situated in the Township of Jefferson, County of Tuscarawas, and State of Ohio:
Being located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 7, Range 3 of the United States Military District, and being part of a 2.06-acre tract conveyed to Howard C. Schlemmer, Jr. and Viola Schlemmer by deed as recorded in Volume 638 at Page 762 of the Tuscarawas County Deed Records and being fully described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pin found at the Northwest corner of the said 2.06-acre tract on the North line of Section 16; said point being located South 87 deg. 57 min. 16 sec. East, 444.32 feet from the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of Section 16;
Thence from his true place of beginning, following the bounds of the said 2.06-acre tract and the North line of Section 16, South 87 deg. 57 min. 16 sec. East, 253.00 feet (passing through an iron pin set at 220.00 feet) to the Northeast corner of the said tract, and at the Northwest corner of a 9.198 acre tract (634-447) in Township Road #226;
Thence continuing with the bounds of the said 2.06 acre tract and following the bounds of the said 9.198 acre tract, South 23 deg. 00 min. 00 sec, East, 176.00 feet to a point; thence leaving the said road and bounds South 85 deg. 52 min. 30 sec. West, 243.40 (passing through an iron pin set at 35.40 feet) to an iron pin set on the West line of the said 2.06 acre tract and the bounds of a 58.921 acre tract (634-430);
Thence following the said bounds, North 22 deg. 41 min. 20 sec. West, 204.36 feet to the true place of beginning containing 1.004 acres, more or less, and being subject to all legal highways, right of ways, easements and leases of record. It is understood however that whatever rights the grantor possesses in the portion lying in the Angel Valley Road, is hereby transferred to the grantee herein.
Said premises are subject to a R.E.A. Right of Way recorded in Vol. 223, Page 120, Deed Records of Tuscarawas County, Ohio, be the same more or less, but subject to all legal highways.
Survey and description by Ronald L. Smith, Registration No. 5324. All iron pins set were 5/8" X 30" with a cap stamped Ron smith 5324. the bearings were oriented to the 2.05 tract.

The Plaintiff further alleges that it is the holder of tax certificates purchased from the county treasurer, that the certificates are valid and have not been redeemed. The Plaintiff demands that the named defendants be required to set forth their interest in response to the Plaintiff's complaint.
The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
The defendants named above are required to answer the complaint within twenty-eight (28) days after the last publication of this legal notice on or before February 2, 2026.
