PUBLIC NOTICE   The Tuscarawas Metropolitan Housing Authority is in the process of developing its Annual PHA Agency Plan in compliance with the Quality Housing and Work Responsibility Act of 1998. On completion, this Plan will be available for review at the TMHA office located at 134 Second Street, SW, New Philadelphia, Ohio 44663. The TMHA office is open to the public on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. & Wednesday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm. TMHA will hold a public hearing to gather public comment on the Annual PHA Agency Plan on Monday, January 12th, 2026 at 3:00 pm. in the conference room of the housing authority office.
