Box 1027, Coshocton, Ohio, 43812, is requesting the following Bond Releases for land affected by coal mine and reclamation permit D-2421, located in Sections 11, 19, & 20 and Lots 1, 4, & 5, Clay Township, Tuscarawas County. Year 4, Phase 3 Successful Reclamation was completed on 44.3 acres in August 2025, in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. $16,612.50 bond is on deposit, of which $16,612.50 is sought to be released. Year 5, Phase 3 Successful Reclamation was completed on 53.3 acres in August 2025, in accordance with the approved reclamation plan. $19,987.52 bond is on deposit, of which $19,987.52 is sought to be released.
