Planned Parenthood New London Health Center Relocation Planned Parenthood of Southern New England (PPSNE) is relocating its New London health center to a new health care facility located at 467 Ocean Avenue, New London, CT 06320. The new location will need interior and exterior signage. General notice: Bids for the 467 Ocean Avenue project will be received by 4:00pm Friday, September 26, 2025. Bids can be delivered to the reception desk at the administrative office of PPSNE, located at 345 Whitney Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511, or mailed to the same address, attention of Lauren Rosato, or emailed to lauren.rosato@ppsne.org. The bid opening date is Monday, September 29, 2025, 10:00am at the New Haven address or by video conference. 2. Project scope of work: The project consists of fabricating and installing interior and exterior signage for a renovated medical office building. 3.
