ANDOVER TOWNSHIP
PUBLIC NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned has applied to the Land Use Board of Andover Township for Preliminary and Final Site Plan approval to permit the construction and operation of a commercial wholesale water filling and distribution facility with respect to Lot 1.01, Block 108 located on Limecrest Road and Mulford Road resulting in the following variances:
a) Variances requested:
Use Variance relief requested of §190-34 whereas a Wholesale Water Distribution Facility is not a permitted use in the Special Residential Zone.Variance relief requested of section § 190-11 whereas only one Principal permitted structure is allowed in the zoneVariance relief requested of section § 190-37E(1) whereas the proposed internal access roads are to be 24' wide and gravel whereas 26' wide and pavement is required.Variance relief requested of section §190-37E(2) whereas site access would be via existing roadways where public roadway access is required.
b) Waiver requested:
A waiver is requested from § 150- Storm Water Management
The applicant further seeks any other variances or waivers that the Board may require in conjunction with this variance, soil movement and site plan application.
The street address of the applicant's lot is Limecrest Road and Mulford Road, Andover Township, New Jersey.
A public hearing has been ordered for January 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Municipal Building, 134 Newton Sparta Road, Newton, New Jersey 07860 at which time you may appear either in person or by attorney and present any objections or comments which you have regarding the granting or denying of said variances, site plan and soil movement approval.
The notice is being sent to you by the applicant by order of the Land Use Board of the Andover Township. Maps and documents relating to this application are available for public inspection during normal business hours in the office of the Clerk to the Land Use Board in the Municipal Building.
