NOTICE OF DECISION FOR RICHARD ARDIA NOTICE is hereby given that on September 15, 2025, Blairstown Township Land Use Board memorialized a Resolution granting minor subdivision approval as requested by the Applicant, Richard Ardia, to adjust and perfect the shared lot line between Lot 34 and Lot 35 by annexing approximately 10 acres from Lot 34 and conveying same to Lot 35. The property is situated in Block 1901, Lot 34 (40 Dry Road). All of the details of the action taken are memorialized in said Resolution which is on file with the Secretary of the Blairstown Township Land Use Board and may be reviewed at the Township's municipal building located at 106 Route 94, Blairstown, New Jersey.
