NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING-LAFAYETTE TOWNSHIP
TAKE NOTICE THAT the Land Use Board of the Township of Lafayette, New Jersey, will hold a hearing on February 19, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lafayette Township Municipal Building, 33 Morris Farm Road, Lafayette, New Jersey 07848, to consider an application affecting the property located at Block 32, Lot 5.02 in the Township of Lafayette, said property being commonly known as 76 Monroe Road, Lafayette NJ, and/or 3 Kimble Lane, Sparta, NJ.
The conditions affecting this property and the reason for the application being heard are as follows:
Applicant, who desires approvals to construct a single family residential home on the subject property, located within the Ridgeline and Hillside Viewshed Protection Area (RHVPA) of the Township, seeks bulk variance relief for minimum lot area, minimum road frontage, minimum lot width, minimum lot depth, minimum side yard setbacks, and minimum unconstrained land, along with any other waivers or variances as may be required by the Board or its professionals at the time of the hearing.
The application forms and supporting materials are on file in the Lafayette Township Land Use office located at 33 Morris Farm Road, Lafayette, NJ, and may be inspected on any workday during business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Any interested party may appear at the time of the hearing and participate therein, subject to the rules of the Board.
