C. Adopt Agenda Motion by Supervisor Farrey, seconded by Supervisor Cox, to adopt the agenda for tonight's meeting. CARRIED BY VOICE VOTE. All other business conducted by the Board at this meeting will be published following approval of these proceedings at the Board's February 24, 2026, meeting. D. Consent Calendar Consent Calendar Items are those items which are voted on by the Winnebago County Board of Supervisors in a single roll call vote. Committees recommend approval of all items. Any Winnebago County Board of Supervisor may request an Item be removed from the Consent Calendar for discussion. Questions relating to items on the Consent Calendar do not require the item be removed from the Consent Calendar. 1. Report 001 and Zoning Amendatory Ordinance 01/001/26: Benjamin E.
