AQUATIC PLANT MANAGEMENT PERMIT

AQUATIC PLANT MANAGEMENT PERMIT The City of Oshkosh Parks Department intends to apply for a permit from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to selectively target up to 14.9 acres of the Millers Bay Marina to control nuisance weeds and invasive aquatic species up to 2 times if approved. The proposed treatments may occur between April 1st and August 31st, 2026. Any request for a public meeting on the proposed treatments must be made within 5 days after this notice is published. The request must specify the topics to be discussed at the meeting, including problems and alternatives and be sent in writing to: Aquatic Biologists, Inc.
