NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR AQUATIC PLANT MANAGEMENT PERMIT The Winnebago Parks Department intends to apply for a permit from the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources to selectively target a 4.6 acre pond at the Ken Robl Conservation Park for invasive aquatic milfoil, nuisance pondweeds and algae if approved. The proposed treatment may occur between April 1st and September 1st, 2026. Any request for a public meeting on the proposed treatment must be made within 5 days after this notice is published. The request must specify the topics to be discussed at the meeting, including problems and alternatives and be sent in writing to: Aquatic Biologists, Inc.
