REQUEST FOR BID (RFB) ENERGY CONSERVATION MATERIAL CAP Services, Inc. 1725 West River Drive, Stevens Point, WI is soliciting bids from vendors interested in providing Energy Conservation Materials for our Weatherization Program. Separate Contracts will be awarded in the best interest of the agency to the lowest responsible bidders for each item offered for bids. Listed below are items that are included but not limited to those listed. Bids may be placed on one or more items. Purchased items are to be delivered to our Stevens Point warehouse location. • Insulation (E.g. Poly Foam, Cellulose and Fiberglass) • LED light bulbs • Venting materials (E.g. Pipes, dryer hoods, roof caps, reducers, eave chutes) • Sealants (E.g. Caulks, foam, tapes & door Weather-strips, door stops) • Lumber (1X12X10, 2x4x8 treated & untreated, 3/4" plywood) • Miscellaneous items (E.g. water faucet flow restrictors, showerhead flow restrictors, co detectors, smoke alarms and co/smoke detectors) A full, detailed list of items will be sent with the bid packet. These are one-year contracts beginning on July 1, 2026 with the possible option to renew two additional years. Sealed bids are due at 9:00 a.m. May 28, 2026.
