NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25000520CA of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Bay County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and RODOLFO SERNA, JR.; MEGAN SERNA, are Defendants.
