Fire Fighter Helmet All materials and construction must meet or exceed National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards for structural Fire Fighter protective clothing. Bids will be received until 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time, on Thursday, April 30, 2026, at the Gulf County Clerk's Office, 1000 Cecil G. Costin Sr. Blvd, Room 149, Port St. Joe, Florida 32456, and will be opened at the same location on Monday, May 4, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., E.T.
