NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to an action for non-judicial foreclosure of timeshare units on the Claim of Lien, which is dated December 23, 2025, and was recorded January 5, 2026, in the Official Records of Bay County at Book 4989, Page 1727 as Instrument Number 2026000463 and the Claim of Lien , which is dated January 8, 2026, and was recorded February 9, 2026, in the Official Records of Bay County, Florida at Book 5000, Page 888 as Instrument #2026007704, I will sell, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at THE SUMMIT Resort Manager's Office, 8743 Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach, FL 32408-4012 on the 8th day of MAY, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. , the following described real property located in Bay County, Florida, to-wit:
