IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE 11 TH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT LIVINGSTON COUNTY, ILLINOIS   In the Interest of: P.L., minor     No. 2026-JA-19   NOTICE BY PUBLICATION   TO: DYLAN DUFFIELD AND TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Take Notice that on the 27th Day of February 2026, a petition was filed under the Juvenile Court Act by ASA Kathleen Boles, in the Circuit Court of Livingston County, entitled, "In the Interest of "P.L.," a minor child of Jasmine Lopez, and that on the 21st day of July 2026, at the hour of 3:00 p.m., in the Livingston County Court House, Pontiac, Illinois, or as soon thereafter as this cause may be heard, an Adjudicatory Hearing will be held upon the petition to have the child declared to be a ward of the Court under that Act. The Court has the authority in this proceeding to take from the custody and guardianship of the minor(s), to terminate your parental rights, and to appoint a guardian with power to consent to adoption. If the petition requests the termination of your parental rights and the appointment of a guardian with power to consent to adoption, you may lose all parental rights to the child. Unless you appear, you will not be entitled to further written notices or publication notices of the proceedings in this case, including the filing of an amended petition or a motion to terminate parental rights.
