LIVINGSTON COUNTY ZONING PUBLIC NOTICE Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of Livingston, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held by the Livingston County Regional Planning Commission, at 7:00 PM on Monday, May 4, 2026 and the Livingston County Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6:00 P.M., in the Historic Livingston County Courthouse, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, IL, relative to the review of an application for a special use permit to allow for the operation of a 80-acre mineral extraction site located in an AG, Agricultural District in Eppards Point Township on the following real estate described to wit: 21-36-100-011 S36 T27 R5 60 ACRES N1/2 NW (EX S20 ACS) and 21-36-100-012 S36 T27 R5 20 ACRES S20 ACS N1/2 NW As a result of the petition of the applicant, Illinois Cement Company LLC, 1601 Rockwell Road, Lasalle, IL and owner, Fred Seeman, 11430 N. 1300 E. Rd., Chenoa, IL, petition is on file as County Zoning Case SU-11-25 and is available for examination in the office of the Regional Planning Commission, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, IL.
