PUBLIC NOTICE
Public notice is hereby given to all persons in the County of Livingston, State of Illinois, that a public hearing will be held by the Livingston County Zoning Board of Appeals on Thursday, July 9, 2026 at 6:00 P.M. in the Livingston County Historic Courthouse, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, Illinois, relative to the review of an application for a Special Use for an electric substation, in an AG, Agricultural District, on the following described real estate to wit: PIN # 09-09-33-200-002 The Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 29, Range 5 East of the Third Principal Meridian (EXCEPTING 4.301 ACRES across the East part sole to State for RTE #23 in B341 P646) commonly known as 21979 North 1500 East Road, Pontiac, Illinois.
As a result of the petition of the applicant being Jason Risdall, 26 E. Superior St., Suite 309, Duluth MN 55802, owned by Enbridge, Incorporated, 21979 N. 1500 E. Rd., Pontiac, IL 61764, with said petition being on file as Livingston County Zoning Case SU-4-26 Enbridge Substation, which is available for examination in the Livingston County Regional Planning Commission Office, 112 W. Madison St., Pontiac, IL.
All persons interested are invited to said hearings and be heard.
