Madison St., Pontiac, Illinois, relative to the review of an application for a Special Use for an electric substation, in an AG, Agricultural District, on the following described real estate to wit: PIN # 09-09-33-200-002 The Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 29, Range 5 East of the Third Principal Meridian (EXCEPTING 4.301 ACRES across the East part sole to State for RTE #23 in B341 P646) commonly known as 21979 North 1500 East Road, Pontiac, Illinois.
