REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS CITY OF PALM SPRINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Palms Springs is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified firms for RFQ 21-25 Airport Program Management & Advisory Consulting Services. SCOPE OF SERVICES: The scope of work will consist of program strategy and management services, program scheduling, oversight and budget control, document controls design management, preconstruction facilitation, project management, advisory services and if needed, oversight of a program management and construction management team responsible for key airport projects. This engagement will ensure efficient and effective project delivery, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment with PSP’s long-term growth objectives. FUNDING: Work under the contract resulting from this RFQ is subject to federal funding therefore federal requirements will apply to the solicitation and to the contract.
