PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF ELIMINATION OF SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICE OUTPATIENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CLINIC Pursuant to California Health and Safety Code §1255.25, this notice is to inform the public that San Gorgonio Memorial Healthcare District, DBA San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital intends to discontinue its Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic, currently located at 1751 N Sunrise Way Suite G, Palm Springs, CA 92262, effective as of September 1, 2026. The Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinic currently provides outpatient behavioral health services, including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and counseling services. This service will be eliminated and will not be relocated within the hospital system. Patients currently receiving services through the clinic will be notified directly and assisted with referrals to appropriate community providers to support continuity of care, including continuity of psychiatric medications, follow-up care, and access to medical records.
