NOTICE TO BIDDERS   Notice is hereby given that the Whiteside County Housing Authority (Owner) ,401 West 18th Street, Rock Falls, IL, will accept sealed bids at their offices until 2:00 pm, Thursday April 30, 2026 for the following:   WCHA BUILDING UPGRADES 2026 HUD Project No. IL 32-1 IFB 2026-01 CF501-24 and CF501-25   SCOPE OF WORK Bids will be accepted for apartment renovations, kitchen remodel, and an outdoor canopy construction at our 3 public housing properties in Rock Falls, IL., as specified by the drawings and specifications prepared by Larson & Darby Group, 4949 Harrison Ave., Suite 100, Rockford, IL 61125.   PRE-BID SITE VISIT/ACCESSIBILITY A representative from Larson & Darby Group will accompany attending bidders at 10:00 a.m. CST on Thursday, April 9,2026 at Coloma Homes, 401 West 18th Street, Rock Falls, IL.
