REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS Architectural and Engineering Services New Fulton County 911 Emergency Communications Center Facility, Fulton County, IL The Fulton County ETSB is accepting proposals from qualified Architects/Engineers for services related to the design and construction of a new 911 Emergency Communications Center Facility. Interested and qualified Architects/Engineers can obtain the Request for Qualification (RFQ) from Maurer-Stutz, Inc. by contacting Keith Plavec at (309) 693-7615 or kjplavec@mstutz.com. An authorized representative of Fulton County ETSB will accept responses to this RFQ until 1:30 PM (local time), on July 21, 2026. Responses received after this date and time will not be accepted. Proposal envelopes shall clearly indicate Qualifications for Architect/Engineer Services and include the firm name and address.
